1. Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account with Schedules (last
two years)
2. Residence Proof (Passport/Aadhar/Driving Licences) of all Directors/
Partners
3. Partnership Deed (in case of Partnership Firm)
4. Passport size Photo (Director/Partner/Proprietor) all directors
5. Bank account details with scanned copy of a Cancelled cheque
6. Main Bank Statements. (Minimum 3 Months)
7. MSME Certificate
